Our domestic returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. International returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that it was shipped in. You (the customer) are responsible for the costs and packaging associated with return shipping. You must have contacted us prior to initiating a return shipment to obtain approval and the return address.
Some items we sell are ineligible for refunds. These are primarily gift cards and gift card codes but also include any items explicitly labeled "FINAL SALE" in their product description and/or title.
Refunds
Refunds for returns will be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified in original condition. You will be notified when your refund has been processed on our end; however, it may take several additional business days to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
Refunds for damaged or lost items will be provided on a case-by-case basis depending on review of the severity of damage (as applicable), or after investigation by the mail carrier used for the product.
